NAI Wisinski of West Michigan helped negotiate the sale of land that will bring a new Hilton hotel brand to Michigan. Home 2 Suites by Hilton is bringing its first Michigan location to Holland on West Shore Drive. The innovative all-suites extended stay hotel is pet-friendly and includes relaxing common areas and full kitchens.
Details about construction timeline and particulars such as number of floors and rooms has not been finalized.
The new Home 2 Suites will sit on 2.5 acres at 0 West Shore Drive, just north of The Shops at Westshore, placing it among numerous restaurants and shops near the busy Riley Street and US-31 corridor in Holland.
