SVN Chicago Commercial brokered the sale of 100 Lexington Drive, a 22,000-square-foot office building in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Al Lindeman and Nathalie Fisher of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the sellers in the transaction. The building, which was was 87 percent leased at the time of closing, sold for $2,250,000 to a buyer out of New York. “We are still seeing interest from coastal buyers seeking better cap rates than what exist in their local markets,” Lindeman said. “Our national platform allows us to tap into those buyers.”
