Ascot Realty Group brokered the sale of an 11,500-square-foot industrial building in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood for $2.3 million. Ascot Realty Group’s executive vice president, Denis Ascot, represented the seller and @properties’ Ian Feinerman represented the owner/user buyer.
Located at 1759 W. Grand Avenue in West Town’s Grand Avenue Design District, the building formerly housed Dr. Graphx, a graphic arts service business. The single-story, bow truss, timber loft warehouse space includes built-out offices, kitchenette, break room, conference room and bathrooms.
