The Missner Group, general contractor on behalf of the Berman Auto Group, has completed construction on the all-new Berman INFINITI of Chicago dealership located at 3474 N. Kedzie Avenue in Chicago. The retail rehab consisted of repurposing 18,000 square feet of an old 1940s manufacturing building into a new dealership, service area and showroom.
The new dealership features frameless glass walls throughout, a richly appointed, bright interior to encompass private offices and conferencing suites, a showroom containing eight-car displays and a customer reception lounge. Additionally, the dealership features two service lanes, allowing customers to receive prompt service by simply driving up to the service advisors area of the dealership.
Having completed a recent renovation to their Berman Subaru Chicago dealership in 2018 at 4330 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago, this is the second project The Missner Group has completed for the Berman Auto Group.
“We are excited to be working with the Berman family again on their INFINITI project,” said Ed Adler, executive vice president for The Missner Group. “We have completed numerous auto dealership assignments from renovations to ground-up facilities and are cognizant of the need for expediency while maintaining the highest levels of site safety.”
Scott Clark, project manager, and Andrew Maul, assistant project manager, led the project on behalf of The Missner Group with Scott Nomellini and Keith Hairrell serving as project superintendents. Becker Architects provided architectural services.
