Adelphia Properties has arranged the sale of a NNN single-tenant Romano’s Macaroni Grill Restaurant, located at 2575 W. Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates at the asking price of $2.25 million. Romano’s Macaroni Grill Restaurant is the sole occupant of the 8,458-square-foot freestanding building, which was developed in 1996. Simeon Spirrison represented the seller, a private individual.
Separately, Spirrison represented the landlord in a 1,300-square-foot lease at 8409 Cermak Road in North Riverside to firm State Farm Insurance.
Also, Foremost Liquors signed a 2,400-square-foot lease in River Run Shopping Center in Deerfield. Spirrison represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing transaction.
