The 44,500-square-foot industrial building located at 4417 S. Springfield Avenue in Chicago’s Archer Heights neighborhood sold to a local buyer. Beverly Hayes and John McDermott of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Despite significant environmental hurdles, the sale was completed within six months of listing acquisition and sold for $2,000,000.
“The buyer, a Chicago company, was attracted to the property because of its location and excellent loading capacity,” Hayes said.
