ARCO/Murray completed three projects in the last year for Catalina Marketing, a global marketing firm, exceeding 37,000 square feet of interior improvements. Work was completed at their Schaumburg, Chicago and Boston locations.
The first project ARCO/Murray completed for Catalina Marketing was at the Woodfield Preserve Office Center II, located at 20 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg. The 7,100-square-foot space improvements included an executive board room, modern executive offices, a break room with custom millwork and back-painted glass backsplashes, and ceramic tiling accents throughout.
The second project ARCO/Murray completed for Catalina Marketing was located at 161 N. Clark St. in Chicago. The 4,000-square-foot space improvements featured finishes and intricate carpet patterns that were matched from the existing to the new space for a seamless transition. The entire project, from demolition to completion, was finished in three weeks.
The success of these two projects secured ARCO/Murray’s bid to complete the work for Catalina Marketing’s Boston office. The 26,000-square-foot, two-story space improvements included exposed brick and wood beams throughout, a new custom staircase with maple finish, faux concrete wall accents, floating soffit accents, custom ceiling soffits, and custom glass frosting throughout. The second floor also featured a 2,500-square-foot outdoor patio/lounge area with a lightweight walk pad overlooking downtown Boston.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the project manager for the Schaumburg and Chicago projects. Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive for all three projects.
