ARCO/Murray recently completed two tenant improvement projects at Corporetum Campus VI, located at 650 Warrenville Road in Lisle.
The first project was a 7,100-square-foot renovation for the National Personal Training Institute. The renovation included a 5,800-square-foot fitness center and training institute as well as 1,300 square feet of classroom space. New paint and floor finishes were installed in phases, allowing the gym, locker room and office to remain open and operational.
The second project was a 3,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Rock-Ola. The classic jukebox manufacturer relocated its corporate headquarters from the John Hancock Center, located at 875 N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago. The improvements included large modern executive offices and refinished woodwork.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the project manager for both projects and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
