Avison Young has been tapped to market for-sale a 100% occupied, two-building 1.715-million-square-foot automotive industrial portfolio at 2901 S. Canal Road and 7100 Millett Highway in Lansing, Michigan, on behalf of the seller, Ashley Capital.
Avison Young principals Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, based in the firm’s Chicago office and members of the national industrial capital markets team, along with Avison Young Managing Director and Principal Jim Becker are representing Ashley Capital.
The tenants in the building are General Motors and Peckam, Inc.
