Avison Young arranged the $1.5 million purchase of an industrial property at 2460 N. Arlington Ave. in Indianapolis, Indiana, on behalf of buyer Capitol City Fence Company.
The 20,970-square-foot building will reconsolidate operations for CCFC after their previous space at 920 E. Ohio Street in Indianapolis, Indiana, was destroyed in an electrical fire in January 2025. The company has since been operating out of three different locations and will now start operating from the new location, with full occupancy expected September 2025.
CCFC was represented by Avison Young’s Peter Seoane, Vice President. The seller, P7 Property LLC, was represented by Nick Spegal of Re/Max Realty Group.
The transaction allows CCFC to double their footprint on the 3.12-acre site, reduce the number of occupied industrial/office locations, and incorporate all parking needs into one property. In addition, the property allows for an extra 7,000-sf of warehouse space under roof and an extra acre of adjacent land for additional parking and outdoor storage, increasing efficiency.
