Avison Young negotiated the lease of an 123,000-square-foot industrial office building at 14898 Koehn Road in Mussey Township, Michigan, on behalf of Axiom Engineered Systems. This will be the home of the company’s first U.S location.
Avison Young’s Matthew Buslepp, Jacob Zammit and managing director Jim Becker, based in the firm’s Detroit office, represented the tenant, Axiom Engineered Systems, LLC, on the lease. The landlord, 14898 Koehler Capac, LLC, was represented by Lee and Associates.
Axiom Group has been a fixture in the North American automotive industry for more than 30 years. Founded in 1987, Axiom Group started with a single thermoplastic injection molding facility in Aurora, Ontario. Today, Axiom services clients from three international hubs.
The date of expected move in is July 1, 2022.
