Binswanger has sold a 601,065-square-foot high-bay warehouse/distribution building in West Chester, Ohio, for Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc.
The building sits on 41.39 acres and sold for $21 million.
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust purchased the building. Fifth & Pacific Companies will continue to use the property as its national distribution center. Fifth & Pacific designs and markets brands such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade and Lucky Brand.
