Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the Chapel Ridge Shopping Center in Lee’s Summit, Mo., to Enterprise Lakewood, LLC.
The 90,000-square-foot shopping center is anchored by a Price Chopper grocery store.
