Minneapolis-based Schafer Richardson announced that Rumble Boxing has signed a lease at Viridium, a 139-unit luxury apartment building in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Rumble Boxing will be the building’s sole commercial tenant and will occupy 3,573 square feet of storefront retail space on the first floor.
Sherri Bonacci and John Grothman are the Rumble Boxing franchisees who will own and operate the first Rumble location in Minnesota at Viridium.
Rumble Boxing was represented by Lauren Kessler and Sara Martin of Colliers, and Erin Larson and Mike Olson of Schafer Richardson represented the building.
Viridium opened in March of 2021 and building amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, game lounge, wellness center with sauna and spa, an indoor winter-garden with a living wall, club room with chef’s kitchen, and a courtyard with grilling stations, firepits, and outdoor recreation areas to build community.
Viridium was designed by Minneapolis-based UrbanWorks Architecture and built by Frana Companies. Steven Scott Management is serving as the residential property manager and Schafer Richardson is serving as the commercial property manager.
