Bradley Company’s Kalamazoo, Michigan, team recently closed on a multi-tenant retail center at 5169 Harvey St. in Norton Shores, Michigan. The transaction was valued at more than $1.8 million.

Bradley’s Jodi Milks represented the seller in the transaction. Milks has 20 years of experience in the retail sector, specializing in transactions for landlords and tenants, brokering shopping centers and representing national tenants locally. The buyer was not disclosed.

The 10,500-square-foot retail center shadow anchored by Lakeshore Marketplace sold within three months of the listing date. Located in a highly visible site along Muskegon County’s premier retail corridor, Milks secured two new tenants to ensure the center was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
