Bradley Company/RESOURCE’s Michael Horrigan recently brokered the sale of 93 acres of industrial ground located at 7062 W. 300 North in Greenfield, Indiana.
Horrigan represented the seller in the about $7 million sale of the Cain Farms property. The parcel was purchased by CTR Logistics Partners and Diamond Capital, represented by CBRE locally.
The site is zoned as an industrial business park, provides easy access to I-70 and is a valuable opportunity near Indianapolis.
CTR Logistics Partners and Diamond Capital have plans for spec buildings that will total more than 1 million square feet on the site.
