Savoy Properties represented both the seller, First Bank, and the buyer, Western Oil, in the sale of 1430 South Kirkwood Road, a former Bob Evans restaurant in Sunset Hills, Mo.
The former restaurant sits on 1.3 acres just south of Interstate-44. The property closed Jan. 16 with a sales price of $1.7 million.
