Andy Banister, Dan Richardson and Terry Hughes of CBRE’s Indianapolis Investment Properties Group completed the sale of the Capital Center office property in Indianapolis.
The two Class-A office towers total 647,818 squarefeet and stand in the Central Business District of Indianapolis.
