Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 25,600-square-foot industrial building sale and an office lease in Chicago’s Lake County submarket for one client, part of three recent transactions totaling 35,345 square feet.
Broker Collin Tyrrell represented the seller, Falling Waters Development LLC, in the sale of 2910 Falling Waters Blvd. in Lindenhurst, Illinois. Tyrrell overcame several challenges in coordinating the timing of the sale and helping the seller transition their office functions to a nearby location.
The sales price was $1.85 million. The seller was selling its warehouse space and moving its office operations to a 5,500-square-foot space at 1225 Tri State Parkway in Gurnee, Illinois.
Tyrrell also negotiated a 4,245-square-foot industrial lease at 28457 Ballard Drive, Unit E in Lake Forest, Illinois, for Federalist Antiques, which is expanding in the market.
