Broker Brian Lindgren represented both the landlord, a private investor, and the tenant, Nick’s Furniture, in a 12,769-square-foot lease at 483 Heartland Drive in Sugar Grove, Illinois. The furniture warehouse business was expanding from a 7,500-square-foot space in Montgomery, Illinois and moving near its showroom location.
Lindgren also represented Lohbauer Electric in the sale of a 7,337-square-foot building at 420 Industrial Drive in South Elgin, Illinois. Brown Commercial Group broker Maria McNeil represented the buyer, MRVRPV LLC, a manufacturing company.
Broker Candace Scurto represented Yasda Precision America, a machine repair and maintenance company, in leasing 3,439 square feet of warehouse space at 1000 E. State Parkway in Schaumburg, Illinois. Kelly Joyce of Colliers International represented the landlord.
Brown Commercial Group partner Mike Antonelli represented the tenant, Savory Crust, in a 2,365-square-foot lease at 135 E. St. Charles Road in Carol Stream, Illinois. Broker Matt Hanson represented the landlord. The team was able to find a specialized food-grade kitchen facility suitable for the tenant’s business within a short time period.
