Koenigs Investments, LLC recently purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial facility in Waukesha, Wis., from Kelliher Commercial, LLC.
David Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Kelliher Commercial in the transaction. Jeff Hoffman of Judson & Associates represented Koenigs Investments.
Kelliher is planning to move to other investment ventures after leasing up the facility Koenigs Investments will hold onto the property as an investment.
