Cassidy Turley helped a privately held Canadian real estate investor, Olymbec USA, purchase Riverport Lakes, two office buildings in Maryland Heights, Mo. The two buildings equal about 220,000 square feet.
The two office buildings were built in 1989 and 1990.
Mike Hanrahan and Paul Hilton, senior managing directors at Cassidy Turley, represented the seller in this transaction.
“As evidenced by this transaction, improving office market fundamentals continue to attract new capital sources to St. Louis,” said Hanrahan.
