Three key tenants are opening their doors at The Hocking Valley Mall in Lancaster, Ohio, thanks to a redevelopment plan.
The redeveloped center will contain a 105,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace store, a new Home Goods store and a PetSmart retail location.
The Kroger Marketplace store opened in November. The Home Goods and PetSmart will open in the third quarter of 2018.
Chris Hodge, Meghan Schmidt and Nick Klacik with CBRE finalized the leases.
The shopping center still has four leasing opportunities available. One junior anchor vacancy remains between Home Goods and PetSmart that totals 13,429 square feet.
