CBRE arranged the sale of Slate at Fishers District, a 242-unit build-to-rent multifamily property in Fishers, Indiana. Bonaventure Holding Company purchased the property from Thompson Thrift for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Ted Abramson, Cam Benz, Clair Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.
Slate at Fishers District is located at 11255 Slate Stone Drive, just east of Interstate 69 and within Fishers District, a master-planned, mixed-use development that includes several dining, retail and entertainment venues. Built in 2024, the property features a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,316 square feet.
