CBRE recently represented Ryan Boone County, LLC in the sale of the American Outdoor Brands distribution center, a 632,774-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building in Columbia, Missouri, to RCS-S&W Facility.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith of CBRE Minneapolis, Guy Ponticiello of CBRE Chicago and Brian Bush of CBRE St. Louis represented the seller in the transaction.
Ryan Companies developed and built the project in 2018. American Outdoor Brands Distribution Center offers state-of-the-art amenities including LED lighting, 36′ clear height, an Early Suppression, Fast Response fire protection system, 33 dock doors, 3 drive-in doors and 7″ floor thickness, with a planned 491,040-square-foot expansion pad scheduled to be constructed in 2020.
