CBRE negotiated the sale of Summit Office Park, a 492,936-square-foot office complex in the southeast Cleveland suburb of Independence, Ohio.
Vicki Maeder and Mary Izant from CBRE’s Cleveland office and Andrew Banister and Daniel Richardson from the company’s Indianapolis office represented the seller, IWA, in the $26.5 million transaction.
The buyer was a Canadian firm.
