CBRE has earned the agency listing and project management duties for American Century Investments’ properties located near the Country Club Plaza mixed-use development in Kansas City, Mo.
Matt Eckert and Bob Fagan will lead the office-leasing team for the American Century Investments assets.
The overall Plaza portfolio is made up of 833,000 square feet, making it one of the largest office parks in the metropolitan area. The portfolio offers such amenities as an on-site hotel, retail shops and a full-service cafe. The office park is a short walk to the Country Club Plaza development.
CBRE will focus its efforts on three multi-tenant buildings in the park, American Century Investments Tower II, One Main Plaza and Park Plaza.
