CBRE helped sell a 105,000-square-foot industrial space in Monroe, Mich., to Hanwha Corporation, a Korean automotive parts supplier.
Hanwha purchased the building from the Port of Monroe and Schonsheck Inc. Hanwha will use the building for light assembly, warehousing and distribution.
Peter Rogers, Gregg Loichinger and Randall Allman of CBRE Detroit represented the seller in this transaction.
