CBRE‘s Minneapolis office helped negotiate OneBeach Insurance Group’s recently closed 45,092-square-foot lease renewal and expansion transaction at the 601 Tower at Carlson building in Minnetonka, Minn.
The insurer’s previous lease at the building covered 23,764 square feet. The building is owned by KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II.
