For more than two decades, Mark Writt has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial warehouses, manufacturing buildings and land as a senior vice president in the Indianapolis office of CBRE.
And Writt has performed this job well. During his time at CBRE, Writt has completed some of Indianapolis’ largest sale and lease transactions of both land and buildings to users, private and institutional investors and developers.
Writt’s numbers speak volumes. He has sold or leased more than 24 million square feet during his commercial real estate career, one that has stretched more than 23 years. He’s also completed more than 675 transactions during this time.
As a member of CBRE’s National Industrial Team, Writt works with national and regional corporations, helping them complete the important work of acquiring and disposing of large industrial facilities in the communities of central Indiana.
Writt’s accomplishments haven’t gone unnoticed. In 2010, CBRE Americas named Writt as a Top 225 performer, a prestigious honor at the company. In 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2010, Writt ranked as a top-five producer at CBRE’s Indianapolis office. In both 2002 and 2010, Writt ranked as the top producer in this office.
Some of Writt’s key clients include AmeriPlex, Nestle, Wal-Mart, Sherwin Williams and Federal Express. Some of the biggest assignments that Writt has tackled include a 1.2-million-square-foot assignment for Holladay Corp., a 1.09-million-square-foot job for Case New Holland and a 700,000-square-foot assignment for Prudential Real Estate Group.
Writt’s clients remain fiercely loyal after working with him. That’s because of the top customer service that Writt provides.
