CenterPoint Properties announced the disposition of W194 N11695 McCormick Drive, Germantown, Wisconsin to Germantown Properties McCormick, LLC. The property, located 19 miles northwest of Milwaukee, is situated on 5 acres with a 26,560 SF industrial facility on site. Curt Pitzen of NAI MLG Commercial represented Germantown Properties McCormick, while Bill Langhoff of Colliers represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
The industrial building features close proximity to major highways and the central business districts of Milwaukee, a 5,900 SF office, two exterior and one drive-in door, and parking for 58 cars.
