Champion Realty Advisors LLC has completed a 125,000-square-foot lease on behalf of institutional landlord client Prologis. The space has been leased by Dedicated Logistics Inc. and is located in the 200,000-square-foot building located at 505 Crossroads Blvd., Bolingbrook.
Dedicated Logistics will occupy the space on or about Feb. 1. The single loaded space features 21 exterior docks, 25 trailer parking spots, a 30-foot clear ceiling height and 6,000 square feet of office space. Terms of the long-term lease were not released.
Dedicated Logistics, a Minneapolis-based 3PL, offers a variety of services including tractor and trailer leasing, freight brokerage, warehousing, fleet management and logistics consulting. Dedicated Logistics has operations throughout the Midwest, including centers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois and Ohio.
Jim Neswold of Prologis led the leasing team, which included J. D. Salazar of Champion Realty Advisors LLC. The tenant was represented by David Prell, senior associate at CB Richard Ellis.
