The Villas at Carrington Square, a residential property in Overland Park, Kansas, managed by Irongate Management, was honored with the 2014 “Excellence in Landscaping” award from the City of Overland Park.
The award was presented to Irongate Management by Mayor Carl Gerlach and members of the Legacy of Greenery Committee at a recent city council Meeting.
“At Irongate, we take great pride in maintaining the natural beauty of the environment, so it’s very gratifying to receive this recognition from the city,” said Lauren Arntsen, The Villas’ community manager, in a written statement.
Each year, the Legacy of Greenery Committee looks for outstanding landscaping efforts by commercial developments, businesses and public entities. Irongate and the Villas of CarringtonSquare were recognized for their success in beautifying the city through landscaping, tree planting and maintenance efforts.
