Clear Height Properties relocates to 26TWENTYFIVE in Oak Brook

Real estate investment, management and services firm Clear Height Properties has relocated its offices to 26TWENTYFIVE, the 214,767-square-foot building it owns and has repositioned in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Clear Height has taken a 6,290-square-foot space on the second floor of the building at 2625 Butterfield Road. Earlier this year Clear Height completed an expansive renovation and repositioning of the building where it now occupies space.

With the completion of that program, Clear Height has breathed new life into a tired asset and made it more appealing. The work included exterior façade improvements, a comprehensive new look and feel to the building’s lobby and common areas and the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center and conference/meeting room spaces.

“This is a signature project for Clear Height, one that represents our investment philosophy and vision,” said Joe Sergi, chief revenue officer/partner, Clear Height Properties. “It makes sense for us to occupy space here, at this stage in the continued growth and evolution of the firm, in part to highlight and showcase our work.”

The ability to be close to its growing portfolio of industrial and office properties is another benefit to Clear Height in relocating to 26TWENTYFIVE. Similar to the work done there, Clear Height is nearing completion on a modernization and repositioning program at 814 Commerce, a building the firm acquired in 2019. Further, Clear Height continues to add staff and was running out of space in its downtown office.

“With the continued growth and expansion of Clear Height Properties, in terms of assets under management and the people required to effectively operate the organization, we ran out of space downtown,” said Sergi. “This new location provides an ideal platform for us to further build on the success we have achieved to date.”

Clear Height Properties now has a staff of around 20 employees. Its portfolio of properties totals 2.7 million square feet of space in 36 properties located throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and Southeast Wisconsin.
