Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently handled the sale of The Shoppes at Huntington in Huntingon, W.Va.
The property is located near Marshall University and two medical facilities. The 15,332-square-foot space was developed in 2008 to accommodate tenants including Dollar Tree, Sun Tan City and Verizon Wireless.
The property sale closed at more than $2.4 million. Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial represented the owners of the property, B E Investments Htgn WV, LLC. The buyer was a private investor in Akron, Ohio. Cooper also represented this party.
