Two Scotts Barbecue is expanding its catering services by opening a second location at 1120 Knapp St. in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with the help of Colliers International|West Michigan.
Owned by Luecht and Scott Hartmann, Two Scotts Barbecue has served the greater Grand Rapids area with authentic barbecue since 2015 out of its 400-square-foot restaurant on Leonard Street NW. Two Scotts Barbecue also caters events, including corporate events, weddings and graduation parties, and has a food truck where it serves barbecue to local breweries.
Luecht and Hartmann were looking for a new kitchen for some time, and when they drove by the Knapp Street location and saw the Colliers sign, they called Colliers immediately and signed a lease quickly.
Two Scotts Barbecue’s new 2,200-square-foot catering kitchen is equipped with two walk-in coolers, large sinks and other equipment needed to fill large orders. There will also be a small customer area where Two Scotts Barbecue can offer consulting for weddings and other large events.
