Colliers International represented Spirit World and Noddle Companies in the retail lease of 8,500 square feet at Aksarben Village in Omaha.
Barry Zoob, senior vice president, and Chris Mensinger, senior advisor, represented Spirit World. Adam Marek, vice president, represented Noddle Companies.
Spirit World is a specialty wine, beer and liquor store and gourmet deli. The company will move into its new Aksarben Village location in October. The new location will allow Spirit World to provide a private party/tasting room that can hold 20 guests.
