Colliers International recently closed a lease for a 44,975-square-foot industrial building in Auburn Hills, Mich.
John Lominack and Robert Hanzl of Colliers International represented the owner, Knight Global, in this transaction.
The facility was used previously as an engineering and assembly facility by Knight Global. The tenant, Munro Associates, is transferring from its current facility in Troy, Mich.
