Colliers International in Cleveland recently closed several lease renewals totaling more than 24,000 square feet at 200 Public Square, one of Cleveland’s top business address.
The Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio, Craig H. Shopneck, Trustee, is staying at 200 Public Square in about 11,000 Square feet on the 38th floor, where the office has been a tenant since 2003.
Additionally, Robert W. Baird & Co. an international wealth management, capital markets, private equity and asset management firm, has been in the building for more than a decade and will remain on the 16th floor in about 11,000 square feet.
