Colliers International has closed the sale of 550 Congressional Boulevard, a Class-A office building in Carmel, Indiana. The newly renovated 106,814-square-foot facility sits along the Meridian Corridor, the market’s most sought-after submarket.

Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport with Colliers Indianapolis facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Tryperion Partners. An undisclosed private investor purchased the asset.

Originally built in 1987, the three-story building was completed renovated in 2016. The property is 91.8 percent occupied with a weighted average lease term of 3.42 years. 550 Congressional is home to businesses including Fuzion Analytics, Corvel Risk Management and the Kopka, Pinkus & Dolin law firm.
