Commercial Kentucky recently nabbed its first lease at its new development, Jennings Crossing, in Louisville.
Jennings Crossings is currently under construction.
Greg Charmoli, of Commercial Kentucky, represented the tenant, LABSCO, in the lease of 46,180 square feet at 4310 Chefs Way.
