Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of the Shoppes of Galloway in Columbus, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the owner, a private group based in Cincinnati. Cooper also found the buyers, a private group based in Youngstown, Ohio.
Cooper found the buyer within two weeks of the property’s listing date. He closed the deal in less than 50 days of conract execution.
The property sold for $3.3 million.
The 28,538-square-foot retail plaza was built in 2004 and boasts an occupancy rate of 90 percent.
