Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a two-building, fully occupied multi-tenant medical asset anchored by Bon Secours Mercy Health in Toledo, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group. The buyer, a medical-driven real estate company out of Texas, was found directly by Cooper on the first day of marekting the asset for sale.
The asset was purchased for $4.31 million, representing a CAP rate of 8.1 percent.
