Cresa Madison and Cresa Milwaukee represented Shoutlet in its purchase of 18,645 square feet at 1 Erdman Place in Madison, Wis., and 6,214 square feet of creative space at the Wirth and Hammel Stable Shops in Milwaukee’s historic Third Ward.
Shoutlet expects to add an additional 40 to 50 jobs at its Madison location over the next 18 months. The Milwaukee office, consisting primarily of software engineers, expects to hire between 10 to 20 employees.
Shoutlet is a self-serve platform that allows users to create, publish and measure social marketing campaigns and activities on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
The newly acquired real estate will help Shoutlet accelerate product innovation, grow its strategic partner network and increase staff across all departments, including expanding account management and technical support.
Cresa’s managing principals, Steve Palec and Tim Rikkers, represented Shoutlet in both transactions.
