CSM Corporation announces that E-Tech Inc. and Anagram International, Inc. have signed leases totaling 112,000 square feet at its University Industrial Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The three-building complex is located at 2000 Elm Street. The new leases bring the University Industrial Park’s occupancy from 75 percent to 100 percent.
University Industrial Park features 24′ clear height, a 100 percent air-conditioned warehouse, an ESFR sprinkler system, extensive glass-line, and a location convenient to both Minneapolis and St. Paul central business districts.
The CBRE team of John Ryden, Matt Oelschlager and Mike Bowen represented CSM Corporation as the exclusive leasing agent for University Industrial Park. Tim Olsen of Carlson Commercial represented the tenant. Bryan Van Hoof of CBRE represented Anagram in the leasing agreement.
