Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq has been selected to provide leasing and property management services for the newly renovated Shoppes at Knollwood, a 463,000-square-foot power center in St. Louis Park, Minn.
The property underwent a nearly 10-month overhaul that transformed the nearly 60-year-old regional enclosed shopping mall into a power center with most retailers facing the street and parking lot.
“We are very excited to partner with Shoppes at Knollwood,” said Wendy Aaserud, senior vice president and regional director of property management with Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq, in a written statement. “There is already an enviable mix of retail, dining and consumer goods tenants along with new retailers scheduled to open within months.”
