Darwin Realty & Development Corporation announces the sale of an 11,550-square-foot industrial building at 159 N. Carpenter in Chicago, Illinois to Beisswanger Holdings, LLC for $2 million.
This industrial food building has 2,350 square feet of office space, 14′ ceilings, 5,800 square feet of cooler space, 850 square feet of freezer space, five exterior truck docks and parking for approximately 25 cars.
