Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced that Patricia Liston has joined its team as a property manager. Ms. Liston’s responsibilities in her new role include communicating with tenants, enforcing leases, coordinating building maintenance, developing budgets and reporting regularly to the management about the state of assets.
Ms. Liston is working at Darwin while pursuing her MBA at DePaul University, where she is slated to graduate in 2022. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Purdue University in 2020. While in attending Purdue, she completed internships at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Liston & Tsantilis, P.C.
