The CCIM Michigan Chapter recently sponsored its Deals, Drinks and Cars networking event on the mezzanine of Cauley Ferrari on Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
A total of 40 attendees enjoyed drinks and appetizers while walking the mezzanine lobby displaying seven classic Ferraris available for sale.
The event also featured a slide show presentation providing the opportunity for 11 of the attendees to present a deal they have listed to the group. The presentations were done in rapid-fire style, with each lasting just a few minutes.
After the presentations, listing agents were available for further questions from commercial real estate agents with prospects for the presented properties.
