Steven Schnur has been promoted to regional senior vice president of the Midwest region for Duke Realty. In his new position, Schnur will be responsible for the company’s more than 23 million square feet of industrial and office properties in Chicago, St. Louis and Minneapolis.
In addition to overseeing the leasing and management of Duke Realty’s portfolio, he also will work to identify acquisition and development opportunities, new land positions and prospects for build-to-suit development.
Schnur was senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Chicago operations for nine years. He joined Duke Realty in 2003.
